SPECIAL ORDERS
For items that are custom-designed specifically for you, the design process may take longer than for in-stock items. Allow time to fill your order and obtain the gemstones needed. Once we have agreed on a design, we will send a confirmation e-mail. Custom and special orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement.

When the order has been paid in full, Jewels Quest will begin production.
Allow 3 to 5 weeks for all Special Orders. We will work diligently to complete your order and ship it out as swiftly as possible.


Note: Jewels Quest reserves the right to make available for sale any custom designs that we have made for customers at any time and at any price. These designs are works and property of Jewels Quest.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We offer exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery as indicated by the courier notification. Exchanges must be for an amount equal to or higher than the original purchase.

Conditions: All original tags are attached, original packaging is intact, and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry.
Custom-Orders are not eligible for an exchange.

RETURNS:
We offer returns within 5 days upon receiving the item and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. 
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED WITH A RETURN ORDER NUMBER (RA#)
TO START THE RETURN PROCESS. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SHIPPED BACK TO YOU.
All return packages must clearly display this RA# on the outside of the box, or the package will not be received.
Conditions:
All original tags are attached, original packaging is intact, and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry.
Custom: There are no refunds or exchanges on any Custom-Orders, 
as the item has been customized specifically for you.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped within 48 hours. Special orders and custom-designed jewelry will take longer to ship (15 to 20 business days).
At this time, Jewels Quest is only able to ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Jewels Quest will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Jewels Quest is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to weather, custom issues.
